Year 3 & 4 Flegg Cluster Outdoor Athletics Competition

On Thursday 9th July a team of 20 children from years 3 & 4 headed to Ormesby Junior School to take part in the Outdoor Athletics Competition. Each child could only compete in one individual race. The events were 70m, 200m and 400m. As usual in an athletic competition a selection of relay races brought the competition to a close. With 26 races completed the team achieved eight 1^st places, ten 2^nd places and five 3^rd places. These fantastic performances resulted in the team finishing in second place to Ormesby Junior School.
